I have been working with this family for a few years now and we have slowly been chipping away at renovation projects. When they first reached out, they were selecting new floors and paint. Since then, we have tackled quite a bit throughout their home - including this powder bath remodel, drapery, new furniture and placement and A LOT of decor, art and lighting.

One of the main construction projects was a small powder bathroom that sits just off of the kitchen and family room. It is primarily used by guests when they visit. When I first met with this client, the space was empty with nothing in it other than flooring and general plumbing placement. We were able to create a calm, yet inviting space that functioned and was cohesive with the rest of the house.
