This is the Del Mar Office project!

 

This is my first-ever commercial project and it has been so much fun. This is unique in that there are 6 separate business that utilize this shared office space - coming up with a design that functioned for everyone was key.

When I first toured the office, the walls had just been painted white. There was no art - a blank slate. We decided to incorporate the color blue in an effort to create a calm environment for their clients and tie in with the existing office furniture they had brought in from their previous office space. 

​

The main goal was to use as much large furniture as we could (since it was in great condition) but transform the space through art, texture and functionality. 

​

I custom designed a coffee/beverage space in the reception area, had textured vinyl wallpaper installed in reception area and conference room and styled each space with art, lamps, decor and furniture.
